 •  Our cuisines recommend you in special way starters: bread with home- made lard, grilled Ewe’s milk cheese with cranberries, barbecued hot & spicy chicken wings. 
 •  Among soups worth of tasting are: onion soup, garlic soup, mushroom soup and special sour soup. If you want something special we recommend you “beef steak of farmer from the Tatra Mountains region”, vegetables covered with sirloin, many types of lamb. Specialty of the house is “risotto a la Polish Mountaineer” which won 3rd prize at the Big Rice Festivity Sheraton’ 2000.  •   •  We also invite you for “spaghetti a la Polish Mountaineer” and for T-bone Steak and New York Steak of original American beef.
